I contacted Steve requesting help because the flush system on our toilet had completely broken. Steve was able to give me advice over the phone in order temporarily isolate the fill mechanism and he arranged to come out the following morning to fix the problem. As promised Steve attended first thing in the morning and was able to fix everything so it’s all up and running again. Steve was very professional and tidy and the total cost was a great price. I will definitely use him again should I need to and would highly recommend him.

Don't bother ringing or asking another Plumber, they won't turn up or respond. Steve will respond rapidly, make arrangements to come and does what other Plumbers can't do, turn up and carry out an excellent job. Thanks Steve. Trevor.

I call for help with an emergency burst pipe (as my usual contracted plumber was away) and although Steve was away too and couldn’t make my job, he talked me through how to stop the leak over the phone and through videos on what’s app. It’s was very helpful so I could relax and go to work. Thank you Steve!

Steve’s work is always well thought out, timely and cost aware. I can’t speak highly enough of his work for me over the past 6 years.
